Artwork must be a vectorized file (.ai, .eps, .svg, or vector .pdf), not a photo. Black and white artwork is preferred. Not all artwork can be laser engraved, so we will review it and send a proof for your approval. A design fee may apply if changes are needed. Include your order number in your email.
