Welcome to The Crafting Table (crafting-table.com). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.
We may refuse or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, a product is unavailable, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.
Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
Custom and personalized orders
Most items are made to order with the text, names, dates and artwork you give us.
We email you a proof after you order. Please check it carefully. Once you approve the proof, production begins and the order can't be changed or cancelled.
If we don't hear back within the time stated in our Shipping Policy, we will move forward with production as shown in the proof.
We are not responsible for errors in text, spelling or artwork that you submitted and approved.
Laser engraving varies by material. Wood grain, stone color, glass and metal can change how a design looks, so finished items may differ slightly from the proof or from photos on our site.
Your artwork and content
You promise that you own, or have permission to use, all text, images, logos and designs you send us.
By placing an order, you give The Crafting Table a limited, temporary permission to use, copy, resize and reproduce the artwork, logos and text you submit, only as needed to design, proof, produce and deliver your order. This permission ends once your order is complete. You keep all rights you already have in your artwork, and we do not claim ownership of it.
We do not check whether the content you submit is copyrighted or trademarked, and we are not responsible for how you obtain or use it. You are solely responsible for making sure you have the right to reproduce any copyrighted material, trademark, logo, character or design you ask us to engrave, including team, school, brand and licensed logos.
We won't knowingly engrave content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights, or that is unlawful, hateful or harassing. We may decline or cancel such an order and refund you.
You agree to defend and reimburse The Crafting Table for any claim, loss or cost (including reasonable legal fees) that arises from content you submit or from your use of the finished product.
We may take photos or videos of finished work and post them on our website, social media (such as Facebook and Instagram) and in our advertising. We won't include your name or personal details unless you agree. If you do not want your order photographed or shared, you must tell us in writing (email info@crafting-table.com or note it when you order) before production begins. We can't remove content that was already posted before we received your request, but we will take it down going forward when asked.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping and delivery are covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.
Product use Our products are decorative or functional items sold as described. Follow any care instructions we provide. Glassware, drinkware and similar items should be hand-washed unless we say otherwise [confirm]. Engraved items are not guaranteed to be food-safe or dishwasher-safe unless stated on the product page.
Using our site You agree not to misuse our site, attempt to access it without permission, or interfere with its operation. All content on this site, including text, images and designs, belongs to The Crafting Table or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limits of liability
We work hard to make every order right. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site when you place an order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
