Handcrafted Variations

All products are uniquely crafted by hand using laser engraving and custom artwork. Because each piece is made individually, no two items will be exactly alike — variations in color, engraving depth, and finish may occur. This is part of the handmade character of the product, not a defect.

Proof Approval

A proof will be sent via email for approval before production begins. The email address provided at the time of order is our point of contact for this process. If we do not receive a response within 3 days of sending the proof, production will proceed as scheduled using the proof as submitted. The Crafting Table is not responsible for any errors in logos, spelling, or design once a proof is approved, or once the 3-day response window has passed without a reply.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes to your order must be requested before proof approval. Once a proof is approved — or once production begins under the 3-day auto-approval policy above — cancellations or modifications may not be possible.

Liability & Product Care

Once the product leaves The Crafting Table, we are no longer responsible for any damage, loss, or wear and tear. Proper care and handling are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to discuss possible resolutions.

Turnaround Time

Production time varies based on order size and complexity. Estimated completion dates will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

Custom Orders & Copyright

Customers submitting logos or designs confirm they have the right to use them. The Crafting Table is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringements.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Orders totaling $200 or more require a 50% deposit before materials are ordered and production begins, with the remaining balance due at the time of delivery or pickup. Orders will not be started until payment in full, or the required deposit, has been received.

Sales Tax

All sales are final and subject to applicable sales tax. Sales tax will be charged on every order unless a valid Tax Exempt ID is provided and verified at the time of order. If proof of tax exemption is not received, sales tax will be applied.
