Shipping policy
Where we ship We ship from Haslett, Michigan to addresses in the United States.
Production time Most items are ready to ship in 1-2 weeks after proof approval. We email an artwork proof within 3 business days of your order. If we haven't heard back within that window, we'll move forward with production as shown. Large, bulk or case-quantity orders can take longer, and we'll tell you the timeline when we send the proof.
Shipping rates Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total:
Under $35: $7.95 $35 to $74.99: $9.95 $75 to $149.99: $11.95 $150 to $299.99: $15.95 $300 and up: $23.95
Heavy or large orders Shipping rates at checkout are estimates based on your order total. For heavy or oversized orders (such as case-quantity glassware), the actual carrier cost can be higher. If the actual cost to ship your order is more than 20% above the shipping you paid at checkout, we will contact you before shipping to explain the difference. You are responsible for the additional amount, and we will not ship your order until you approve it. If you would rather not pay the difference, contact us and we'll work with you on another option.
Local pickup Local pickup is available in the Haslett, Michigan area. Contact us at or (517) 626-1459 after you order and we'll arrange a pickup time and share the pickup details with you. Pickup is available once your order is finished, and we'll email you when it's ready.
Carriers and tracking We ship with USPS or UPS (*). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Glass and fragile items Glassware is sold by the case and packed to protect it in transit. If anything arrives broken, follow the steps in our Refund Policy.
Address mistakes Please double-check your shipping address. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Taxes Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
